3 Peak Property Solutions was founded by Andy, Nick, and Rory; three dedicated specialists who combined their expertise in decorating, plastering, and project oversight to create a seamless property maintenance experience.

Through years of service, in both the residential and commercial sectors, the founders have cultivated a robust network of vetted local tradesmen across multiple disciplines. This collaborative approach allows us to deliver integrated results for every client.
Every contract is managed directly by 3 Peak Property Solutions, ensuring you have a dedicated point of contact and absolute accountability from the initial quote through to project completion, assuring you of quality workmanship that meets our (and your) rigorous quality standards.

Andy White
Leading our trade division, Andy’s career began in 1994 with a Modern Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering at the Biwater Group.
​
In 2011, Andy turned his long-held passion for property improvement into a business, undertaking decorating, tiling, flooring and garden projects.

Trading successfully for a number of years as Andy White Property Services, the business developed a reputation for quality and customer satisfaction.
​
In September 2026, Andy joined forces with Nick and Rory to establish 3 Peak Property Solutions, a company built on shared values, trusted relationships and a commitment to doing things properly.

Nick Melton
Occasionally on the tools, but mainly behind the scenes, Nick brings 30 years' experience in education and project management to 3 Peak Property Solutions.
​
Leaving he education sector in 2025, Nick embarked on the exciting business venture with Andy and Rory - sharing their passion for technical precision and customer satusfaction.
​
Having studied civil engineering at university as well as leading on education/business projects in the construction sector,  Nick oversees administrative and logistical matters to ensure everything runs as smoothly off site.
Rory White
Rory boasts more than 15 years site experience having trained in plastering, surface preparation, plastering and achieving a high-quality finishes.

With his deep practical knowledge and wealth of hands-on experience, Rory ensures technical precision and compliance across all projects.

He is equally skilled in domestic decorating, and commercial projects, including Admiral Casinos, and Nandos restaurants.

He is renowned for bringing attention to detail to every job, making him a perfect fit for 3 Peak Property Solutions.
